The company Montanino Candido delivers the products both to the national and international territory.
The orders can be placed in any of the following ways:

The ordinary delivery time may vary from 1 to 5 business days, but for special requests some additional days may be necessari. Anyway a prompt notice will be sent to the buyer.
The delivery costs are calculated accordino to the delivery time (that can be selected by the buyer during the order phase), the weight and the dimension of the parcel and of the ordered items.
In case of extraordinary deliveries for weight or dimensions (for example for billiard tables) they are agreed directly together with the buyer.
RESTITUZIONE IN CASO DI RECESSO
RETURN OF THE GOODS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT USE
In case of withdrawal, besides the registered mail notice the buyer shall send at his own cost, through courier, the goods back. The goods shall be returned undamaged , complete with all its components and instructions or documents and inside its original packing, in order to assure its integrity during the transport. Both the registered mail with the withdrawal notice and the goods shall be sent back within 10 days from the goods receipt to Montanino Candido Corso Meridionale n.6/C 80143 NAPOLI (Italy)
Within 20 days from the goods return, the company Montanino Candido will send a bank transfer for the amount previously paid by the buyer including the delivery costs to the bank details indicated by the buyer in the registered mail with the withdrawal notice.
Thus, in order to exercise the withdrawal right, the only costs the buyer has to bear are the registered mail and the transport for the return of the goods.
THE WITHDRAWAL RIGHT CANNOT BE APPLIED IN CASE OF CUSTOMISED GOODS (ALSO FOR DIMENSIONS) ON THE BUYER’S DEMAND, SINCE THESE GOODS CANNOT BE SOLD TO OTHER CLIENTS.
Payment Methods
For the orders on the web-site www.montaninobiliardi.it it is possible to pay by cash on delivery, by credit card (though PayPal) or by bank transfer.
It is also possible to collect the goods at our store and pay by cash or by a cheque issued by a bank with which a certain sum is payable on sight. The cheque shall be issued to the company Ditta Montanino Candido.

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
At the order the Buyer shall indicate a telephone number (both earth line and mobile) so that he can be informed about the goods delivery.
If the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address, they leave a notice card for you and the day after make a second attempt to deliver the parcel. If the second attempt is useless too, the parcel is stored by the local depot of the courier.
It is possible to have the parcel delivered again by contacting the local office of the courier (they write a phone-number on the notice card).
All the costs of the redelivery are charged to the consignee and have to be paid directly to the courier on delivery.
BUYER’S RIGHTS
The company Montanino Candido recognizes the withdrawal right as per the in force laws.
The Law indicates that the time-limit for the withdrawal right use is 10 days.
Within this limit the buyer must send a signed written communication by registered mail to:
